We do not charge for production when you submit a complete, high-resolution file and proof to meet our specifications. We include pre-flight review of your file to make sure it is ready for press.
TRADITIONAL ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS
5 FREE IMAGES PER PAGE
If you supply transparencies we’ll scan 5 images for free. Other production charges may apply (silhouettes, background charges, etc). Please see below for a complete list of charges and fees.
MARKETING ADVICE AND PROFESSIONAL PAGE DESIGN SERVICE
Our marketing representatives can advise you on image selection and marketing direction for your ad. There is no charge for this collaboration. If you need a professional to design your final ad there will be a charge of $275 per page or $450 per spread. Contact our production department prior to the May 1st artwork deadline to make arrangements for this service.
REPRINT OPTIONS
Each ad includes 500 reprints on the same paper stock as the book, trimmed to 8-1/2 x 11".
1,000 Laminated Card Stock Reprints (in lieu of book stock ): $280 per page or $475 per spread
PRESS PROOFS
In the summer of 2010 each advertiser will receive a set of press proofs which must be reviewed and returned within two days of receipt, via overnight service.
